Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Brady Groft, a sole proprietor based in Pennsylvania, USA, who operates LifeOS ("LifeOS", "we", "us"). Contact: bradyfitllc@gmail.com.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use LifeOS. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we may close it. You agree to give us a real email address and to keep your account details accurate. You need an account to use LifeOS, and you're responsible for keeping your password and recovery key safe. Because LifeOS is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot reset access to your data. If you lose both your password and your recovery key, your data is permanently unrecoverable.
2. Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment details are needed.
- After the trial, editing and syncing need a paid plan (one of four tiers, billed monthly or yearly; your tier decides which sections you can use). Plans renew automatically for the same billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged each time, until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- The free trial converts to a paid plan only if you choose a plan and add payment details. You are never charged without doing so.
- You can cancel any time from Plan → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. We don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it (for example, where local consumer law gives you a cancellation or refund right).
- If you don't subscribe, or your plan ends, your data is not deleted. You can still unlock, view and export it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
3. Your content
Your content belongs to you. We don't claim any rights to it, and because it is encrypted we can't access it. You're responsible for keeping your own backups. LifeOS gives you tools to export at any time.
4. Acceptable use and shared content
Don't use LifeOS to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to store or share unlawful content, to attack, scrape or overload the service, to resell it, or to try to access other people's accounts. You alone are responsible for what you store and share, including in shared spaces and with emergency contacts. Because content is end-to-end encrypted we don't monitor it, but we may suspend accounts that are reported for, or clearly used for, abuse. To report a copyright or other legal concern, email bradyfitllc@gmail.com with enough detail for us to act on it.
Sharing and emergency access. When you invite someone to a shared space or nominate an emergency contact, you choose to give them access to the data you share. We aren't responsible for what they do with it, or for choices you make about who to trust.
5. Not professional advice; AI and third-party information
LifeOS is not a medical, health, fitness, nutrition, mental-health, financial, tax or legal service. Its tracking tools, calculators, cycle and partner-care guides, and Forge Coaching features are for personal organization and general information only. Nothing in LifeOS is a diagnosis, treatment, or advice tailored to you. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, exercise, medication or finances, and call emergency services in an emergency. Cycle predictions are estimates and must not be used for contraception or to plan or avoid pregnancy.
Features that use AI (such as the travel guide and live fuel prices) produce generated content that can be wrong or out of date. Check prices, travel requirements, opening hours and safety information yourself before relying on it. Your coach on Forge Coaching is independent of LifeOS; we don't supervise their advice.
6. Availability, warranties and liability
We work hard to keep LifeOS available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reminders, alarms, calendar feeds and notifications can fail or arrive late, so don't rely on LifeOS alone for anything time-critical, safety-critical or health-critical.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your misuse of LifeOS, or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
7. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut down LifeOS, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally. Subject to your local consumer rights, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
9. Changes
We'll notify you of material changes to these terms before they take effect. Continuing to use LifeOS after that means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using LifeOS and delete your account. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and these terms (with the Privacy Policy) are our whole agreement with you.
